In addition to polka dots, amethyst is one of my favorite things. Polka dots charm a look or an outfit and amethyst does the same thing to a hand, except it sparkles. As a Christmas present to myself (and from myself), I bought a peach morganite and rose gold ring that was on my mind for months. One of my sponsors this month, Delezhen, an Etsy shop based out of New York, has a shop full of similar gemstone rings (they also have bracelets, necklaces, and bridal jewelry). I may have saved my lunch pennies for months for my ring but Delezhen’s pieces are much more affordable and wearable. She gave me one to wear, which I’ve been garbing every day since I received it, and she’s offering you the same ring.
Delezhen was started by Masha and Natasha, two women who dreamed of turning their vision of a jewelry line into reality. They started their business in 2001 and nine years later, in December 2010, they joined the Etsy to offer their collection online. The pieces in their shop represent Masha’s designs with the abstract freedom and Natasha’s concepts. Production is kept small and each piece is created individually by hand, ensuring that the quality of the work surpasses that of anything that is mass produced. From our emails back and forth, it was apparent that Masha and Natasha have a love and a devotion towards their brand and are invested into every piece and to those who wear it.
