Terrain’s Holiday Open House

A few weeks back, I attended Terrain’s Holiday Open House. Located in Glen Mills, which is only a short car ride away from my West Philly apartment, Terrain is like a smorgasbord of retail, gardening, celebrating and eating – it’s not only a Β garden center but a cafe, a shop, and a wedding venue. You can even buy your Christmas tree there! The open house was more like a day long festival. The morning started with a free yoga class that was proceeded by an afternoon of book signings, intimate concerts, workshops, roasting s’mores, and of course, selling. Terrain is a magical place by itself but with holiday decor strung and hung throughout, it truly is enchanting.

I was always bummed that I never made the trip out to visit Terrain while I lived in Philly. Perhaps I knew that my poor grad school wallet wouldn’t be able to stand it! Anyways, thanks for the sneak peek – it looks super lovely and just might even get me a bit in the Christmas spirit!

These are lovely shots, and looked like a ton of fun. A great way to kick off the holiday season!! I wish I lived near Terrain so that I could’ve enjoyed it, but I still enjoyed the season by decorating when I was home this past weekend.
